INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARTICIPANTS

Welcome to the Registration Portal for the Interactive Plenary Session of NCRM NICHE 2015

There are two categories of participants. We request you to go through the details below and then proceed towards registration.

CATEGORIES OF PARTICIPANTS

Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of academic Institutions/Universities listed under the UGC fall under this category.

For all those who register under this category it is mandatory to submit the Authorization Letter from the head of the Institution to which he/she is affiliated with. The authorization letter format will be available as a downloadable PDF during the registration process. If you are not able to download the authorization form kindly click here. After registering online, the fee can be either paid online (instructions will be given after registration) or via demand draft. Therefore even if you have registered online and received a temporary number, unless you pay the registration fee, send the Authorisation Letter (for Students) on time and get the final registration number before the deadline, your temporary registration will become null and void. As we have a limited number of seats available, the registration will be allotted on a first come first serve basis to whoever completes the registration formalities. Once the registration fee and the authorization letter(for student category) are received, an email will be sent to you with the registration number, which you may take a print out and bring along with you on 10th October 2015. The authorization letter is to be sent along with the fee towards the payment of the registration fees by Courier / Registered Post to Nichi-In Centre for Regenerative Medicine,C30, 3rd Floor, LICET, Loyola College Campus, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600034 ; Tel: 044-28174743.  Only upon receiving the Authorization Letter and Demand Draft, the participant's registration will be confirmed.

Research Scholars, Post Doctoral fellows, Faculty from Academia and Industry, Scientists, Physicians and members of the public fall under this category.

The Payment Details Form will be available as a downloadable PDF during the registration process. If you are not able to download the Payment Details form kindly click here. Important Note:

Even after payment of fees, acceptance or cancellation of registration rests under the sole discretion of the NCRM NICHE 2015 organizing committee. If the registration is cancelled, the participant will be notified and the demand draft sent towards payment of registration fees will be returned to the participant on spot.
