Oral Presentation Session Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

  • Under Graduate, Post Graduate Students of Life Sciences, Biology, Medicine, Biotechnology, Stem Cell Scientists, Research Scholars & Clinicians can participate.
  • One presenting author is eligible to present one presentation only. Only the Presenting author will be eligible for the participation certificate and other awards, if any.
  • All Original works on Basic Sciences, Translational Studies and Clinical studies in the field of Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine including the allied fields of Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Immunotherapy and Cell based therapies are eligible for submission as abstracts.
  • The body of the abstract must be structured as Background, Materials & Methods, Results and Conclusion.
  • Any form of plagiarism * and copyright violation is strictly prohibited.
  • The abstract body should not exceed 3000 characters. Please do not include references, acknowledgements, graphics, tables or figures in your abstract body. Please use only standard abbreviations.
  • Abstracts for the Oral session of NCRM NICHE 2021 are due by  July 30, 2021.
  • Abstracts once submitted cannot be modified.
  • All Co-Author names and affliliations should be included in the Online Abstact Submission form. The details entered during the registration process are considered final. This information entered will only be used to prepare the Visa invitation related documents (if any. In case of any discrepancies in the information provided, kindly contact webmaster@ncrmniche.org within 2 days of completion of the Online registration process failing which any change/correction in the details will not be permitted.
  • Abstracts submitted/presented elsewhere should not be submitted for participation.
  • You will get an automated reply on submission of your abstract online. If your abstract is approved by the scrutinizing committee, you will be notified by 26th August 2021 via email following which further instructions on registering for the event will be given.
  • Personal Details such as full name, Date of Birth, Postal address, Email address and Phone numbers for presenting author should be entered during the online abstract submission process. Also, Institute Details such as Name, Postal address, should be entered during the registration process. For Students, PhD Scholars & Post-Doctoral Fellows, name of the Head of the Institute/Head of department along with designation and email id should be entered during the registration process (the email id of the head must be in the domain name of the institute)
  • All communications/queries related to NCRM NICHE 2021 must be sent only by email to webmaster@ncrmniche.org. Every email sent after the registration process is over should contain the Provisional Oral Abstract Submission Number displayed after the registration process without which the communication/query will not be entertained. If the Provisional Oral Abstract Submission Number is not displayed or any error is encountered, kindly contact webmaster@ncrmniche.org.
  • All formalities that might be required to be completed by me whose details along with other necessary information will be sent from time to time only to the registered email id of the presenting author. Failure to comply with any of the formalities might lead to disqualification which is under the sole discretion of the NCRM NICHE 2021 organizing committee. In those circumstances, any benefits to be provided will remain cancelled and no compensation will be provided.
  • During the online abstract submission process, there is no option to save the form to submit it later. Hence all the information should be kept ready and the form has to be filled at once failing which the entire registration process will have to be started again.
  • All Presenting Authors should attend the complete NCRM NICHE 2021 event.

Any registrant or member of any team participating in the FCQ and/or Oral Session can avail only one of the waivers. More than one waiver cannot be availed in combination.
