By participating in the Joyce & James Till Travel Grant organized by NCRM NICHE 2019, you agree to the following: The Joyce & James Till Travel Grant are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Founders, Committee Members, Advisory Board Members, Sponsors, etc., of the Joyce & James Till Travel Grant assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise. Participation in the Joyce & James Till Travel Grant and the NCRM NICHE event is considered "at your own risk". All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of the Government of Japan.

You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of the Organizers of NCRM NICHE events for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising out of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of the Organizers. The organizer, the promoters, sponsors and any other persons involved in the organization of this event will in no way be held liable or responsible, or enter into any litigation concerning the health and welfare of visitors, delegates or anyone connected with the event being in any way whatsoever affected by war, civil unrest, political instability, riots, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, and any other events or occurrences which are within or beyond their control.

The same condition will apply to any disease or infection howsoever contracted, in the past or future, be it within or travelling to and from the event. In this respect the organizer waives all claims of any kind. The publisher and authors state that this website has been compiled meticulously and to the best of their knowledge. However, the publisher and authors can in no way guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information. The publisher and authors therefore do not accept any liability for any damage resulting from actions or decisions based on the information in question.
