INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARTICIPANTS
Welcome to the Rregistration Portal for the Plenary Session and Symposium of NCRM NICHE 2011
There are three categories of participants. We request you to go through the details below and then proceed towards registration.
CATEGORIES OF PARTICIPANTS
1. Students:
Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of academic Institutions/Universities listed under the UGC fall under this category.
For all those who register under this category it is mandatory to submit a Bonafide certificate from the head of the Institution to which he/she is affiliated with. After registration online, the Bonafide certificate is to be sent along with the demand draft towards the payment of the registration fees to: "NCRM NICHE 2011" PB 2278, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600 026 (in case of postal despatch) or by Courier / Registered Post to "NCRM NICHE 2011" Nichi-In Centre for Regenerative Medicine, C-16, Vijaya Health Centre premises, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600 026; Tel: 044-42321322. Only upon receiving the Bonafide Certificate and Demand Draft, the participant’s registration will be confirmed.
2. Faculty from Academia:
Research Scholars, Post Doctoral fellows, Faculty, Scientists, Physicians from academic Institutions/Universities listed under the UGC fall under this category.
For all those who register under this category it is mandatory to submit a Bonafide certificate from the head of the Institution to which he/she is affiliated with. 3. Faculty from Industry:
All faculty inclusive of but not limited to physicians, Research scholars from Institutions not listed under the UGC , members of the public not affiliated with any institute, employees of companies/Industries fall under this category

Important Note:
- Categorization of an institute under Academia should strictly follow the rules and regulations of the UGC
- After receipt of payment, if the category chosen by the participant is not found to be appropriate, the participant will be notified and the registration will be withheld .Only on full payment of the stipulated amount either by sending a demand draft again for the extra amount or paying the extra amount on Spot will the registration be valid. If paid on spot, registration is subjected to availability of seats and in case of non-availability of seats, the registration will be cancelled and the demand draft sent earlier will be returned to the participant on spot.
- Any discrepancy found in the choice of category by the participant as Academia or Industry will lead to unnecessary delay in registration. Hence choose the category after careful scrutiny
- In case of amount paid in excess than the stipulated fee, the participant will be notified and the extra fee amount will be returned on the day of the event in the registration desk
- Even after payment of fees, acceptance or cancellation of registration rests under the sole discretion of the NCRM NICHE 2011 organizing committee. If the registration is cancelled, the participant will be notified and the demand draft sent towards payment of registration fess will be returned to the participant on spot.
