Nichi-In Centre for Regenerative Medicine (NCRM) is an Indo-Japan academic institute, carrying out research, training and clinical applications-protocol development in regenerative medicine, with emphasis on Stem cells, Progenitor cells and autologous adult cells with regenerative capability. NCRM provides a platform for collaboration between like-minded scientists and clinicians in all specialties of medicine where there is a potential for regenerative medicine based solutions. NCRM is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, India for a Masters in Regenerative Medicine program, with the Acharya Nagarjuna University, India for a PhD program and is a collaborator to the Training Programme in Regenerative Medicine (TPRM) by the University of Toronto, McMaster University and Ottawa University, Canada.

One of our core strengths has been the possession of technologies (both materials and methodologies) for processing, expanding and preservation of stem cells, precursor cells as well as mature cells. We have a unique advantage of having biomaterial and nanotechnology based (without animal protein contamination) stem cell processing and expansion technologies through our collaboration with Japanese institutes and a proven track record of having developed several ‘first of its kind’ in the world solutions in healthcare.
